i've researched from quite a few sites around the internet and I've found the reaction to www.surveypayoff.com to be quite negative. I don't know if it's a full on scam or if people have just think they are not legit,all survey payoff does is give you a list of places to go to make money,Highly unlikely to be legitimate.At best wast your time. At worst an outright scam,since I decided not to join
Many of these are scams and you really have to be careful. Check it twice if you have to because there are just too many tricks out there

Some affiliate survey site making money not with fill survey, but from get referall. Usually, some survey sites is scam, after you full their survey, they just tell you if you are not eligible, but their still used your answer and get paid from your answer.
